Cocktail of the Week


Spring Clover

Strawberry Gin, dry vermouth, lemon juice, raspberry syrup, egg white (optional)

Shake bottle before opening, Pour 100ml into an ice filled cocktail shaker (if you don’t have one a jam jar works well as long as you secure the lid!), strain into a coupe glass. Pro move – add 15ml egg white before shaking and you’ll have a true Clover Club cocktail
Simply just pour over ice and enjoy!
One 70cl bottle will make 6/7 drinks
